Time: The tree tour was good but I got seduced by a singer and found out that they have singers there every Friday at noon ... so if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to continue the 9:30 start time for the next 3 weeks.

Journal: agreed to begin a collaborative process on this ... start to collect ideas and background on paradox/polarities/competing commitments and values with the idea of turning them into a journal format for self-exploration. Explore possibilities, resistance, ambivalence.
